Three Haiku

Three Haiku is a browser-based game created using Adam Le Doux’s Bitsy Game Maker. Written in response to the 2020 Modern Poetry in Translation Haiku Translation Workshop, Three Haiku uses Bitsy proprietary three-colour palette to mirror the haiku three-line structure.

The game can be played in-browser, using the keyboard arrows to move the avatar around the rooms, interact with the sprites and collect fragments of the translated haiku.

Original poems by Enomoto Seifu, Yosa Buson and Sugita Hisajo. Translations by me.
